2012’s Most Rediculous Law Suits

These law suits do affect you because they cause the cost of the product to go up. I understand when someone has been legitimately hurt and needs to recoup financial losses; but this is way out of hand!

One guy sued a microwaveable popcorn company because he said the fumes coming out of his microwave made him sick. Stop using the popcorn! It seems so simple to me. Am I wrong? If something is making you sick stop doing it. Is it the manufacturers fault that this person has a feeble mind? How about the parents who sued the school because their chi;d was kicked out of an honors class for cheating. Oh that cheating ... it's very honorable! According to the US Chamber here are the top ten most ridiculous lawsuits of 2012.
