A Proud Daddy’s Story by Kris St. James

On Wednesday night, my wife and I got to witness something pretty amazing. Let me explain.

My son David had the opportunity to preach his first sermon to a bunch of teenagers two nights ago during Youth Night at Life Church in Sulphur. My boy has a calling in his life to follow Christ and be part of the ministry for the church we attend.

David asked his youth pastor if he could preach sometime. Oh, I am sure he was serious about it. He wouldn't have asked!  But to his shock the pastor told him yes and in three weeks! And that was the past Wednesday.

By the end of the night, two proud  parents and a younger sister shared feelings of happiness and a bit of pride.
