During such a trying time for Louisiana residents, it has been so important to stay connected. AT&T has announced that they will be offering relief for customers impacted by the flooding by offering credits for service disruption and any data overcharges.

AT&T will be granting a one-time credit worth 50% the cost of the monthly service to customers who experienced service disruption in Ascension, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Point Coupee, St Helena, St James, West Baton Rouge, and West Feliciana parishes.

The wireless provider will also be crediting overcharges back to customers who incurred data overage charges for data used between Aug. 14, 2016, and Aug. 28, 2016. The list of parishes that qualify for the credit can be found on the AT&T website.
