Our Favorite Mardi Gras Beads [PHOTOS]

I have rode in many Mardi Gras parades and they all have one thing in common. Cheap beads do not get picked up! They are basically litter. The street sweepers carry them away. The other thing I know is that people fight for the good beads.

I have leaned out of floats and just about had my head taken off as people try to take the beads I am wearing! Here are some of the best Mardi Gras beads. Feel free to send pictures of your best beads.
