Blake Shelton Is 39 And Holding Today [VIDEO]

Country music superstar and Miranda Lambert's husband, Blake Shelton, is celebrating his birthday today.  Blake is 39 today and if you know his sense of humor he would probably say 39 and holding.

Blake Tollison Shelton was born on this day in 1976 in Ada, Oklahoma.  Blake started singing at an early age but he burst on to the country music scene in 2001.  Blake showed up in Nashville with his boots, cowboy hat and his signature mullet!

Blake's impact was immediate.  In the 2001, Blake released his debut single "Austin" which rocketed all the way up the charts and spent five weeks in the #1 spot.  Blake hasn't stopped since then.  Blake has racked up 19 number one songs and has won countless awards including Entertainer of the year and male vocalist of the year.
