Calcasieu Parish Offers Low Cost Rabies Vaccination Clinics

The Louisiana State Code requires that all dogs and cats over the age of three months be vaccinated for rabies and licensed.The Calcasieu Parish Office of Animal Services will be offering two drive-thru  rabies clinics for a reduced rate in order to prevent the spread of Rabies Infection in the parish. Spayed/neutered animal's vaccination and license will cost $8.00. Unaltered pets will cost $10.00. Microchipping will also be available.Cats must be in a portable kennel. Pet owners will be allowed to pay by cash or check.

March 16th  7a.m.-12p.m. Burton Coliseum Parking Lot   Lake Charles

April 13th  7a.m.-12p.m. Sulphur High School(9th Grade Campus) Parking Lot  Sulphur
