Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office Offers Free Boating Education Course

A boater education course will be conducted by the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office Tuesday July 15 at Henderson Implement 2351 E. McNeese St.

The class is free of charge and will be held from 8:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m. with an hour break for lunch and is open to anyone 10 and over. If you were born after January 1, 1984 you are required to complete a NASBLA approved boating course to operate a motorboat over 10 horsepower.
