Carrie Underwood Honored as Humanitarian
Carrie Underwood will be honored by country radio broadcasters as their Humanitarian of the Year.
She's being recognized for her work with her own CATS (Checotah Animal, Town and School) Foundation, which benefits her Oklahoma hometown, as well as the American and Canadian Red Cross, Make-a-Wish, Save the Children and more. Past recipients of the award include Rascal Flatts, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, Trace Adkins, Randy Owen, Toby Keith, Brad Paisley, Brooks and Dunn, Reba, Vince Gill, Garth Brooks and Charlie Daniels. Carrie will pick up the honor at the opening ceremony of the Country Radio Seminar on February 19th.
