Sulphur High School is celebrating their 100th anniversary today. They have a day long celebration planned for today and it will take place at the high school.
Some of the events planned for today are a car show, class reunions and band concerts just to name a few. Here is the complete line up of events for today.
April 19, 2013 I don't know about you, but when I was a child, my father pretty much told me that if I got in trouble with the law, I shouldn't call him. He felt the law would probably treat me nicer than he would, if he got his hands on me. I was reminded of this today when I saw this press conference with the uncle of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects. He did not have kind words to say.
April 19, 2013 The NFL announced the 2013 regular season schedules for all teams yesterday including the schedule for the New Orleans Saints.
The Saints will be featured in at least four nationally televised games on ESPN, NBC and the NFL Network this season. Here is the Saints complete 2013 football schedule including the preseason games.
Special Agent Rick DesLauriers of the FBI, who is leading the investigation of the Boston Marathon bombings, just held a press conference in which he revealed that there are two suspects. The FBI released photographs and video of two men believed to be responsible for the attacks.
An explosion in West, TX, just outside of Waco, spread fires across multiple buildings and injured an unknown number of people earlier tonight.
The explosion occurred at the West Fertilizer Plant shortly before 8 PM CT
2:45 p.m. (EST): The Boston Police Department has announced that "there has not been an arrest in the Marathon attack." Investigations are ongoing.
2:35 p.m.: CNN is retracting their previous report that an arrest has been made in the Boston Marathon bombings. Other sources are reporting that officials are close to identifying a suspect after reviewing area surveillance video, but no arrests have been made.
1:10 p.m. (EST): A third letter, this one sent to Senator Joe Manchin (D.-W.V.), has been found to contain ricin.
12:45 p.m. (EST): FBI spokesman Paul Bresson has confirmed that the substance found in the letter to the president was ricin.
The Secret Service says that a letter containing a suspicious substance and addressed to President Obama was received on Tuesday at a White House mail facility. This comes just after a letter sent to Senator Roger Wicker (R.-Miss.) was found to contain the poison ricin.

April 17, 2013 The Boston Bombings have shocked us all. We all knew it was possible here but somehow we felt safe and shielded. Reality is setting in now and before we strike back we will mourn for our fellow Americans.

April 16, 2013 A part of Bill Richard's life is missing, it's his eight year old son Martin. Martin was one of the three victims of yesterday's Boston Bombing. In his grief Bill has issued a statement to the press.
