Check Out Some Old-School Wayne Toups Footage From 1988 [VIDEO]

Back when he was a hungry young man (and a questionable dresser), Wayne Toups and ZydeCajun were positioned as the "next big thing."  We found this cool video footage of Wayne from a British documentary called "Aly Meets The Cajuns" from 1988.  In honor of his appearance in Lake Charles this weekend, we're taking a trip back.How do you know it's 1988?  Well, the Bruce Springsteen sweat band and those Jams pretty much date the video -- but all kidding aside, the footage shows a montage of Toups and ZydeCajun tearing it up.  The good news is that Wayne still tears it up.  Enjoy:
