Cowboys on the Road to Start Conference Play
September 18, 2012 4:58 AM Fans of the Pokes are very excited about the teams 3-0 start. The wins were all impressive and a great way to start the season; but conference play is what really counts and it begins this Saturday.
The McNeeese Cowboys are on the road to Hammont to take on Southeastern Louisiana. Southeastern is coming off of a 23-6 loss to UT Martin. New Lions head coach Ron Roberts has opened the season with three straight losses and hopefully will take his fourth this Saturday night when the Pokes come calling.
