CPSO DWI/Seat Belt Checkpoint Thursday Aug. 28

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office continues to target drivers driving under the influence of alcohol and/or narcotics plus those not wearing seat belts. These checkpoints have been proven effective in the Parish and plan to conduct another DWI/Seat belt Checkpoint at an undisclosed location in the parish this Thursday August 28. Buckle up and designate a driver. These checkpoints are funded by a grant from The Louisiana Highway Safety Commission.
