Americans will get an extra hour to sleep on Sunday, November 6. That's when Daylight Saving Time ends. Before you go to bed Saturday or at 2 a.m., turn your clocks back one hour, to 1am. The days will be shorter, but sleep and rest time will be an hour longer. Enjoy!
