Did American Idol Discriminate? [POLL]

According to Dial Global Nine former American Idol contestants are planning to sue the show for racial discrimination. New York attorney James H. Freeman submitted a letter to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission asking permission to sue the show on behalf of African American contestants. That being said ... there are some things you need to know.

The funny thing is two Season 2 contestants are suing when African American Ruben Studdard won the competition that year. Two are suing for season three when African American Fantasia Barrino won. Two are suing for season six when African American Jordin Sparks won.  That means six of the nine former contestants in the suit competed in years when African Americans won the title.
