Does Andrew Rector Have a Case Against ESPN, MLB? [Poll]

By now I'm sure you have heard about the New York man who was shown sleeping during a NY Yankees-Red Sox baseball game broadcast on ESPN? Yeah... he has filed a defamation lawsuit. Surprised?

Andrew Robert Rector claims commentators called him "fatty, unintelligent and stupid" for falling asleep during the game back on April 13th. Rector's lawsuit names Major League Baseball Advanced Media, ESPN New York, the New York Yankees, and ESPN announcers Dan Shulman and John Kruk as defendants.

He is seeking $10 million in damages for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Does he have a case? Take our poll.
