Who would have thought 10 years ago WWE’s The Rock would now be a famous movie star.

Now the actor will transform into a more serious role for his next project, which is said to be a biopic on country musician Charley Pride.

Dwayne Johnson, for anyone who might not know, was born in Hayward, Calif., on May 2, 1972. He'll be 39 on Monday. And into those years he has packed more accomplishments than even Jack Benny did in all the 30 years he claimed to be 39. And he's got a couple of bona fide Canadian connections to boot.

It seems as though Pride had a bit of a tough time readjusting to the new casting, but eventually accepted the fact.

But Dwayne is such a force on screen. It startled Charlie a little at first, but Dwayne flew down to Dallas and spent a day with Charlie just sitting, talking recently. And when he left it was like parting with an old friend. They
