The big story this morning was a major wreck on I-10 Eastbound around mile marker three in Louisiana.  That is just about three miles East of the Louisiana Texas state line.

Reports came in that a Fed Ex truck carrying two box loads had wrecked and one of the box load spilled all over the road for a quarter mile and the truck was blocking both lanes of traffic.

The report came in just before 7:00 a.m. this morning and is still going on.  Police are on the scene.  We received a call from a fire fighter on the scene who state that the load that was spilled by the truck was large paint buckets.

We also received calls from people stuck in the traffic stating they have been stopped for at least an hour and a half so far.

We will keep you updated on the traffic but you can always log onto to 511la.org.
