Free Money in Boston and No Takers [VIDEO]

This is pretty strange. This guy standing in heavy traffic areas in Boston offering free money and nobody gave him the time of day or took his money. Even after he said there were no tricks and no catches. Are people in Boston that rich? I don't think he'd have those results if he did that in the Prien Lake Mall. He'd probably have to go somewhere and get more money.
