Fur and Wildlife Festival is Happening This Weekend

The Oyster Industry to be honored in Cameron this weekend!

This weekend's Louisiana Fur and Wildlife Festival will highlight all the local, natural resource industries in the area and caters to all ages and interests featuring parades, pageants, dances, Cajun music, exhibits and a carnival.

Witness some unique contests like trap setting, nutria and muskrat skinning, oyster shucking and skeet shooting in Cameron, Louisiana.

The event is Friday and Saturday. Admission is $15 per day to enter fairgrounds, Children 10 and under get in for free.
