Garth Brooks Announces Eight Shows in Houston, Tickets on Sale May 8

We've been wondering when Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood would make it down to our neck of the woods, and this morning, we've at least found out the first leg. Garth and Trisha announced "an unprecedented eight shows" for the Toyota Center in Houston, according to his mailing list.

The shows are scheduled for June 26 and 27 and for July 3 and 4, with two shows a night -- 7:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Tickets for ALL EIGHT shows will go on sale simultaneously on Friday, May 8 at 10 a.m. Ticket prices seem be uniform across the whole Houston stand -- $74.98, which includes all the taxes and service charges.  There will be a strict ticket limit of eight per household.
