Here They Are, The Best News Bloopers for March 2013[VIDEO]

Well March has come and gone and many things happened during that month. Some we might forget but some were saved on video so we can watch them over and over again. News bloopers are always funny when they happen to somebody else. They're not near as funny when you are involved in them but I wasn't so here they are.
