How Many Times Do You Post on Facebook or Twitter a Day?

Are you a Facebook/Twitter posting addict? I personally post between two to four times daily. And I can't necessarily blame what I do for a living either.

I try to enlighten with my posting of Minions. But with that said, there are moments I just don't feel heard and I choose to rant about something bothersome to me.
