October 23, 2012 3:28 PM Hurricane season will soon be over but the tropics are still very active! Sandy has formed South Southwest of Jamaica.
Sandy is expected to strengthen to a hurricane but not threaten the United states. The scary thing is that the tropics are still producing hurricanes this late in the season. The only thing that is certain is that we will keep you up to date.
