Jason Aldean Sets Date for 2013 Concert for the Cure

Jason Aldean shows his support for breast cancer awareness in many ways.

The artist donates 50 cents from each ticket sold to one of his concerts to Susan G. Komen, as well as donating all proceeds from one October concert in celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Aldean’s eighth annual Concert for the Cure will take place in New Orleans, La. on Oct. 25. The show, which is a stop along Aldean’s Night Train Tour, is sold out, and all proceeds from ticket sales will go to the local New Orleans Komen affiliate. Aldean also has three nominations for this year’s CMA Awards, including Entertainer of the Year, his third consecutive nomination in that category.
