Jennie Finch and Bayou All-Stars vs Wounded Warriors Tonight

Get Ready Sports FansThe Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team(WWAST) will be hitting the diamond at McMurry Park tonight and tomorrow. They will be pitting  their amazing skills against the Bayou All Stars consisting of TV Stars, NFL and NBA players, Major League Baseball players, Olympic Gold Medalists and even mayors.

All proceeds from this event go toward WWAST whose “mission is to raise awareness of the sacrifices and resilience of military personnel despite the challenges arising from being an amputee”.

The Bayou All-Stars competing against these amazing athletes are also some pretty amazing athletes themselves. Like two time Olympic Medalist Softball great Jennie Finch Daigle and her husband Casey Daigle former Major League Baseball player. How about Willie Robertson from “Duck Dynasty” and “Gator Liz from “Swamp People”. Plus Mayors Chris Duncan from Sulphur and Randy Roach from Lake Charles, and a host of former professional athletes from baseball,softball, basketball, and football.
