US actress Lindsay Lohan will serve as a janitor at the Los Angeles morgue as part of 480 hours of community service imposed on her for probation violations, US daily Los Angeles Times reported on Monday.

Lohan was sentenced last Friday to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service after a judge found probable cause to move forward on charges that she stole a necklace worth 2,500 from a Los Angeles jeweler store.

The troubled actress will serve 75 percent of the 480 hours of community service imposed on her at a homeless women's center and 120 hours as a janitor at the Los Angeles coroner's office.
