LSU Baseball Headed To Oregon State Regional

The LSU Tigers baseball team made is all the way to the championship game against Ole Miss in the SEC tournament Sunday but lost 9-1.

Since LSU went deep in the SEC tournament, they got a bid to a NCAA regional but will have to travel a long way to play.  LSU, who received a #2 seed, will travel approximately 2455 miles up to Corvallis, Oregon.

The four teams in the Oregon State regional are San Diego State, Northwestern State, Oregon State and LSU.  The regional will begin on Friday.

LSU will face San Diego State this Friday, June 1st and they will play at 3:00 p.m.  The game will be televised on ESPNU.
