LSU Baseball Ranked No. 5 Nationally In Latest Poll

The latest national college baseball polls are out and the LSU Tigers are in the top 5.  LSU has been up and down in the polls all year after losses to sub division teams.

But because of the rally possum and winning 12 of their last 14 games, the Tigers moved up to #5 in the latest poll.

LSU has a record of 42-18 and is now ranked #5 in the Baseball America Top 25 poll. LSU is now preparing for a NCAA regional this Friday in Baton Rouge.

LSU starts their march toward a College World Series birth but will have to get thru the Regional and Super Regional's first.  LSU will be in action starting Friday in Baton Rouge when the take on Utah Valley at 2:00 p.m.
