LSU Baseball Stays Put In All Major Polls

Despite losing one of their four games last week to Ball State, the LSU baseball team are still highly ranked in all of the major baseball polls that were released yesterday.

The problem is though because of the loss, LSU didn't move up or down in the polls.  They are ranked exactly the same as they were last week.  LSU beat Louisiana Tech last Tuesday but lost last Friday to Ball State before winning the Saturday and Sunday games to go 3-1 last week.

Here is how the LSU Tigers baseball team are ranked in each of the major polls:

• #7 Baseball America Top 25
• #10 Collegiate Baseball Top 30
• #7 D1Baseball.com Top 25
• #6 Perfect Game Top 25

LSU will take on the University of New Orleans tomorrow night at Alex Box Stadium in Baton Rouge. That game is set for 6:30 p.m. Then LSU will begin SEC play when they take on Alabama for three games this weekend.  All four of this weeks games will be played in Baton Rouge.
