Looking ahead a couple weeks, the LSU Tigers will travel up to New York to take on Syracuse.  If you are wondering when was the last time the Tigers and the Orange played each other is was in 1989 in the Hall of Fame Bowl whcih is now known as the Outback Bowl.  Syracuse beat LSU 23-10 in that game.

LSU fans will have to get up early on Saturday, September 26th to watch the Tigers play because the game has been set for a 11:00 a.m. kickoff Central time.  The game will also be televised nationally on either ABC or ESPN.  The channel will be determined probably after the slate of this Saturday's games are played.

Speaking of this weekends games, the #13 ranked LSU Tigers will be back at home in Death Valley when they take on #18 Auburn.  This Saturday's game will kickoff at 2:30 p.m. Central time and be televised nationally on CBS.
