LSU Football Stays At 14 In AP Poll — Moves to 15 In Coaches Poll

After the game between the LSU Tigers and McNeese Cowboys was cancelled and ruled as a "no contest" on Saturday night, Tiger fans were wondering how the team would fair in the upcoming polls.

Well the polls were just released and the LSU Football team remained at #14 in the AP Top 25 but moved to # 15 in the first regular-season Amway Coaches' Poll.

Now the LSU tigers set their sights on the first SEC game of the season when they travel to face #25 Mississippi State this Saturday September 12th.  The game is scheduled to kickoff at 8:15 p.m. Central time and will be televised on ESPN.
