LSU To Face Mississippi State In Super Regional This Weekend

Baseball fans get ready!  This is for all the marbles!  This weekend in Baton Rouge the purple and gold faithful will flock to Alex Box Stadium for the LSU baseball's super regional games.

LSU will host Mississippi State in a best of three game  series with the winner heading to Omaha, Nebraska for the College World Series and a chance to win the college baseball national championship!

The first game of the three game series will be Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. at the box.  The game will be televised on ESPN 2.  The second game is scheduled for Sunday night at 8:00 p.m. and will also be featured on ESPN 2.

If game three is necessary,  it will be played on Monday.  The game time has not been set but if if the game is necessary, it will be on ESPN 2 as well.
