McNeese Cowboys Start SLC Tournament Play Wednesday

It wasn't the finish to the season the McNeese Cowboys baseball club was looking for as the were swept by the Lamar Cardinals over the weekend.

The pokes finished the regular season at 25-31 on the season and at .500 at 15-15 in Southland Conference play (SLC) in 2018.

Their record however was good enough to land them into the SLC tournament which starts tomorrow morning in Sugarland, Texas.

The Cowboys will be up first with a really early start as they will face Northwestern State University with a 9:00 a.m. start tomorrow morning (Wednesday May 23rd, 2018). The game will be online at the Watch ESPn app and ESPN3.com.  Good luck to the pokes!
