New Orleans Named America's Most ... Well Endowed City

Good news, fellas. A recent report ranked American cities according to the size of its males citizens' ... well, you know. And wouldn't you know that New Orleans topped the list. On the list of states, Louisiana landed at No. 7. Makes you wanna stand tall with pride, doesn't it?

How on earth you do compile that sort of information? Well, there's a company (link may be NSFW) that sells fitted ... latex birth control devices, if you catch our drift. They compiled their information based on the sales of the different sizes.

So, this raises an interesting question. Does this truly represent the size of their customers' ... doo-hickies, or does it just represent how well the men in those cities LIE about the size of their ... doo-hickies? You'll have to figure that one out for yourself.
