A lot of people  down in Southwest Louisiana are getting ready for the Easter Holiday weekend, not just because it's a holiday but because some are going to enjoy the delicacy we call boiled crawfish. Now I know that just about everyone down here knows how to peel the boiled mud bugs. But not everyone is from here and we could be hosts to a lot of guests coming in our area or trying to eat crawfish for the first time. So let's watch the art of peeling crawfish.
