Pokes Travel to Central Arkansas

The 5-0 McNeese Cowboys play for first place tonight in Conway, Arkansas!

The Cowboys made a major jump in the STATS FCS Top 25 poll, going from No. 22 to No. 15, plus McNeese also moved to No. 9 in the weekly FCS Coaches’ Top 25 after an impressive 21-7 victory over Southeastern last weekend.

The win moved the Cowboys to 5-0 on the season and 4-0 in the league.

Tonights opponent for the Pokes are the Bears of the University of Central Arkansas. In my opinion, this will be the Cowboys toughest test this season. The Bears lost their first two games of the season but since have been rolling past the compitition.
