President Trump was in Texas today to oversee the operations in the "Lone Star State."

Prior to leaving Corpus Christi, TX for Austin, TX the president addressed a crowd for just a few minutes and reminded those in Texas that there is nothing Texas can't handle.

After putting his microphone down, President Trump raised the Texas state flag and started to wave it. The crowd LOVED it.

Trump is set to return to Texas and Louisiana at the end of the week to witness the amount of damage caused by Hurricane Harvey.

Like in the past, the president did not enter the storm damaged area for security reasons. In addition to that, his presence would and could impede rescue efforts if he were to enter areas that are still flooded.
