Many people don't know this, but Kenny Rogers' 1989 power ballad '"You're My Love" was written by Prince under the pseudonym "Joey Coco".

Prince, who passed away at 57, was a music legend. He inspired artists from all genres of music, including country. Prince even wrote  a few country songs, under the pseudonym "Joey Coco", "Telepathy" by Deborah Allen and "You're My Love" by Kenny Rogers. According to Rolling Stone Rogers has always been a fan of Prince and later said he's "one of the two artists he'd yet to see live but wanted to".

Prince has left his mark on the heart of country music, and all music, his gift to us all will never be forgotten.
