Rayne Resident Involved In Fatal Crash Had 5 Previous DWIs [VIDEO]

The Acadia Parish Sheriff reports that deputies have arrested Ivy J. Roger, 42, of Rayne, who had been charged with driving while intoxicated five times before, in connection with a fatal hit and run crash last night.

Sheriff K.P. Gibson said Roger was arrested after allegedly hitting a bicyclist and fleeing the scene of the accident on Sunday night.
