Savannah Hickman Memorial Scholarship Fishing Tournament This Saturday

Speckle Trout fishermen get ready for The Savannah Hickman Memorial Scholarship Fishing Tournament this Saturday in Hackberry.

Savannah died six years ago as a result of a car accident and in her memory this Memorial Scholarship Fishing Tournament has been planned for this Saturday July 12.This tournament is also supporting Sulphur High School Seniors of 2015.

The weigh-in location will be at 154 Sam Breaux Rd. in Hackberry. Adult and Junior age divisions and you don't even need a boat because fishing will also be available at  the weigh in site. There will also be a live auction, a jambalaya meal for contestants, washer board tournament, and the live music of Brad Broussard, Greg Blanchard, and Brad Brinkley.
