My daughter was pleasantly surprised when her tax refund showed up in her bank account two weeks before she  expected it this week. After all, the IRS has announced it could take up to three weeks refunds to be issued after filing.

I noticed a post on Facebook a few days before that citing a chart listing the dates taxpayers could expect refund. I didn't trust it, but it turns out the dates were correct as far as my daughter's refund was concerned.

The best way to track  your refund is, of course, through the official IRS website.

Here's a snippit of the chart compiled by refundschedule.com that was shown on Facebook. You can see the full schedule and corresponding article by clicking on the picture. Remember, the IRS does say refunds could take "up to three weeks" to be delivered.
