Sulphur Man Arrested and Charged with Child Pornography
James Allen Newman, 52 of Sulphur was arrested yesterday by the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations and charged with downloading and distributing child pornography. He was booked into the Calcasieu Correction Center.
