Local Chapter of National Federation of the Blind to Hold Informational Event for the Blind and Sight-Impaired in Lake Charles
The local chapter of the National Federation of the Blind will hold what they call their “Sensational Sensory Sunday”, at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday July 29, at First Christian Church located at 2525 Second Ave. Lake Charles, La. The organization invites blind and sight-impaired people and their families to attend to get information on the latest equipment, resources and services available to them.
