So I never know what's real or what's fake on YouTube anymore, but with this video I don't care -- it's hilarious. "Jack" is a teenager who just got his wisdom teeth pulled and is coming down off the drugs, and the world has just become a place of wonder, sadness and terror all at once.

First off, he can't understand why he's "leaking" -- a thing the rest of us refer to as crying. He's very upset that he didn't buy flowers for his nurse, and he wants that mermaid to be his girlfriend.
