The dudes from Epic Meal Time call it "the father of all po'boy sandwiches", but does piling a bunch of cajun ingredients on french bread really make it a po'boy?

This 67,475 calorie po'boy, aka "Po'Daddy", starts off with roast beef, cajun candied bacon, bacon grease infused jambalaya, fried shrimp, and coconut shrimp all piled high onto french bread and covered in "gumbo".

And I say "gumbo", because I'm not exactly sure what that was. I heard the one guy mention gumbo, but whatever came out of that pot had noodles in it and "tasted like lobster" so I'm not 100% sure what's going on there. Either they are confused or I am.

"A po' boy (also po-boy, po boy) is a traditional sandwich from Louisiana. It almost always consists of meat, which is usually roast beef or fried seafood, often shrimp, crawfish, fish, oysters or crab. The meat is served on baguette-like New Orleans French bread, known for its crisp crust and fluffy center."

Yes, there is roast beef on the Po'Daddy. There is fried shrimp on the Po'Daddy. Everything is served on French bread on the Po'Daddy. But, is it really a po'boy?

I know Epic Meal Time is all about taking normal foods and making them larger than life, but I'm not sure if throwing jambalaya and cajun candied bacon on top of a po'boy foundation really makes it epic. I think it just makes it confusing.

What do you think? Is the Po'Daddy and epic po'boy sandwich or an epic fail?
