The Wife of Trace Adkins Files for Divorce

This morning with Kris and Scott, Jimmy Carter reported that Trace Adkins and his wife Rhonda are divorcing after 17 years of marriage.

According to papers filed in Tennessee, Rhonda, who cited irreconcilable differences, is asking for primary residential custody of their three children, child support and alimony. She also wants to be named sole beneficiary of his life insurance policy. The couple have three daughters, aged 16, 12 and 9. Trace had an alcoholism relapse on a cruise in January and spent a few weeks in rehab. There's no word on whether that had anything to do with the split.
