You don't have to be a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, or football at all for that matter, to get the message this quarterback just put out. Tony Romo with the Dallas Cowboys is putting to bed the "quarterback controversy" mainly perpetuated by the media, but fans also, wondering what was going to happen.

Here's a little background. Romo got hurt in the first regular season game of the year. Rookie Dan Prescott took over for Romo, and has led the Cowboys to an impressive 8-1 Season.

Now that Tony Romo is on the mend and just about ready to come back, the question has been: will the organization automatically put Romo back in, or keep Prescott in the quarterback position?

Tony Romo appeared in a press conference yesterday, not to take questions, but just give a statement. A powerful statement, with a powerful message, from which we can all take something.

What impressed me the most was this:

"I feel like we all have two battles, or two enemies going on: one with the man across from you, the second is with the man inside of you. I think once you control the one inside of you, the one across from you really doesn't matter."

Wow. Here's more of Tony Romo's Statement.
