What’s for Dinner?

Labor Day means firing up the grill! You going for traditional or exotic?

There is nothing wrong with throwing some steaks on the grill today. Ribs, chicken, sausage, burgers all work well too. Sometimes you feel a little adventurous though. I was at my parents house over the summer and mu mom cooked some Butterball Turkey Roast that were delicious. I decided to try them on the grill. I am using an indirect heat method with my Weber charcoal grill. I hope they come out good. What are you throwing on the grill?
