Who’s Up For Shedding Some Pounds? Week 3
I stepped off the scale at home a very happy camper this morning. I am down 14 pounds in four weeks!
Four weeks ago I put out a challenge in Southwest Louisiana to go on a journey with me. The method to my madness? To make Lake Charles, Sulphur, Moss Bluff, Vinton, and the surrounding communities to focus on weight loss. Making a choice to live a healthier life.
My secret? I yoga every other day and I am eating healthier. The meal preparation comes from a dietary book named The Virgin Diet. Now that is what is working for me at this time. My challenge wasn't meant for you to follow my plan. If hours in a gym works for you, keep going. Are you one that take supplements and have a really good thing going? By all means, keep doing what you are doing! It doesn't matter how you get to our overall destination, as long as you get there.
What do we all have in common? We all had to take that first step. The choice for change.
