Byron Turner and Raishon Hingle were found to be in possession of 33 red drum, which is 23 over the legal limit for the fish, WVUE said. Neither man was in possession of the proper fishing license. Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries Enforcement agents cited two men for alleged red drum violations in Port Sulphur.

People who refuse to buy fishing licenses and then catch over the limit are saying; "To hell with my neighbors and their children, I'm doing what I want."
